Suzy and Roger… can we say SO SWEET together! I think one of my favorite things of the day was how Roger looked at Suzy. I think I must have said it like 1000 times that day! Every girl should have that. And Suzy… well, she was just beautiful. It’s so amazing to be on the other side during the whole wedding day process. We see the nervous energy and then the calm when the couple sees each other for the first time. The love they feel for each other, the tears of happiness. I love being able to tell the story of their day. It’s such a whirlwind for the couple that I’m sure they don’t even realize everything going on around them. I certainly didn’t when I got married. And to look at your photos afterward is to relive one of the most memorable days of your life. I’m such a sappy person… I can’t help it! I love all of it! Veronica and I started out at Hotel Marlowe to capture some getting ready, first look and formal portrait action and then headed to UpStairs on the Square for the ceremony and the reception. I always say this… if you haven’t experienced UpStairs… go… now. They were surrounded by friends and family who watched on with love in their eyes. I would definitely say it was one resplendent day.
